Think Systems Inc. is actively seeking an Application Administrator to join a leading non-profit organization based in Baltimore- 100% remote. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL and data analysis, MS Excel and Word, and hold experience with various reporting tools.
This is a 12 month+ Contract.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in both custom-built and off-the-shelf applications.
- Manage and maintain suite of applications, ensuring smooth operations, bug-fixes, and the addition of enhancements or new modules.
- Collaborate with users to address their needs, including feature requests, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Keep system and user documentation up-to-date and accurate.
- Utilize SQL to generate reports and perform database queries for data analysis.
- Plan, coordinate, test, and communicate changes to application systems.
- Deploy application releases to production environments.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and implement optimization strategies.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of training materials to ensure effective utilization of software capabilities and features.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is essential- SharePoint, & Salesforce are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Previous experience as a subject matter expert is highly valued.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
